1. What we collect

• When you book: your name, a contact (phone number or WeChat ID), language preference, the studio, service and time you want, and any note you leave.
• In the pre-visit questionnaire: previous procedures, skin condition, allergies and similar health information needed to work safely.
• Before/after photos: only with your consent, to check healing and decide on a touch-up.
• Automatically: server access logs such as time of access, browser and device information.

2. How we use it

• Taking, confirming and rescheduling bookings
• Safety checks before a procedure (reviewing the questionnaire, telling you if something is unsuitable)
• Aftercare, including recovery guidance and touch-ups
• Running and securing the service

3. Retention and deletion

We delete the information once the booking, consultation and aftercare purpose has ended. Where law requires a retention period, we keep it separately for that period only.

A pre-visit questionnaire link expires 7 days after it is issued and can no longer be opened.

4. Third parties

We do not sell your information and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Consultation and aftercare may continue over a messenger such as WeChat, in which case that provider's own policy also applies.

5. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to remember your language and keep you signed in. You can block them in your browser, though some features will stop working.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Write to the address below and we will handle it after verifying the request.

7. Children

This service is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
